Now I know you all have heard of Aretha Franklin’s song “Who’s Zooming Who?” but Divas we are talking today as it relates to fashion, about “Who’s Wearing Who?”
Are you wearing your clothes? Or are they wearing you? So what is your style portraying to everyone? You might say “Is it really that big of a deal”?” Really it is….. Your clothes and they way you look in them is the first impression anyone receives of you. So ask yourself, “Does your clothing truly enhance you as the unique individual you are?” or “Do they make you look like something else?” A lot of us are wearing clothes we know are too big, too small, you name it. We look like we are floating away or “Bustin Out” as Rick James would say. I have seen women wearing shoes too big and also too small, Their either flopping out of them or tipping in pain. All for the sake of fashion ladies,….Really?
Ask yourselves, Are your clothes, selected and tailored specifically for your measurements? Or Are you hard to find under all that extra material? or maybe to easy to see if there is not enough marterial When you’re selecting your clothes they should always enhance who you are and most importantly FIT you…. They should never completely change who you look like, make you look 4 sizes too big or 4 sizes too small.
So, Invest the time and money to have those minor alterations done to get that perfect fit …just for you. Seek the expertise of a fashion stylist or consultant, for those tips that will have your complimenting you just
Most importantly we want to see you wear the clothes, not them wearing you !!!
