Do I have to sign up to make a purchase?
Yes. Our integrated shopping cart will help you to keep track of your current and previous orders in addition to your wish list.
How long does it take to process my order?
Our customer service team review order requests daily. Once confirmation of your payment is received we immediately begin the packaging and shipping process for your order. Order to ship is generally 2 to 3 business days.
Do you accept major credit cards?
Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and/or Debit cards with the Visa/Mastercard logos.
What is your return policy?
If your merchandise is damaged upon receipt you must contact our customer service department within 2 business days of receipt of your merchandise. General returns come with a 14 day money back guarantee. Returned items must be received by Divacoutoure within 14 days of the purchase date or date of customer receipt if the item was shipped, for a refund. Returned items must have tags attached, and returned in new/unworn condition. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment received, unless cash, then a check will be issued.
If I live in the local area, can I arrange for pick up rather than paying for shipping?
Yes, if you live in the local area, you can arrange to have your purchase picked up for free or delivered for a small additional cost instead of being shipped.
Does Divacoutoure offer layaway?
Believe it or not, Divacoutoure does offer layaway for customers. In this day and time, when layaway is obsolete, Divacoutoure tries to accomodate with many options to satisfy our customers. We offer 30 day layaway, with a 20% deposit, deposits are non-refundable, There is a $10.00 fee applied for all canceled layaways. Canceled layaway deposits will be reissued as store credit to be honored for 60 days.
